A flu shot can reduce your likelihood of catching the virus and make any infection much less severe. Best time: September through the end of November, every year.
The new Prevnar 20 vaccine is available year-round. The CDC recommends vaccination if you're 65 or older, or 19โ64 with certain medical conditions.
